AT-ONE-MENT & ATTUNEMENT

The Super Self-conscious state in which a being is able to merge itself in complete unity with any other Being or existence, and with Absolute Beingness in Theosis, without ever abandoning its Self-conscious Ego.

 

Attunement (ET 185 & EP 148)

Adjusting our vibrations to the frequency of any other existence or being, to the extent that we can observe and study its nature. Attunement is reached prior to at-one-ment.

AT-ONE-MENT (FH 298)

State of unity between subject and object, the overcoming of separateness between the two. You become one with that which you study.

 CHRIST-CONSCIOUSNESS (FH 298)

The attunement of the present personality with the Christ Logos within. The opening of the heart chakra. State of the doorsteps of Theosis.

 EP  15         Our study of Circles of Possibility - the "hands" behind the sculptor - lead us naturally to an examination of the macrocosm. Yes, for if we understand that the forms of all things have within them a heartbeat and a metabolism - the Circle of Possibility - we are drawing closer to the causes. This is our work, this is life itself; drawing closer to our Cause ... to our Source. Exercise and meditation at higher levels mean exploring, attuning to, and eventually becoming unified (at-one-ment) with the Causes, Principles, Ideas and Laws. Each Circle of Possibility works according to the Divine forces of Total Love, Power and Wisdom. These most perfect forces of life are within our archangelic human form. Ecstasy, real ecstasy, is aligning ourselves with the Divine.

EP 16           At-one-ment is the great goal: the longing for communion with the Divine. Through transcendence of the egoism the personality can assimilate itself with anything - and this is important - temporarily suspending the self. As we advance in our work, through time and effort, we will be able to unify our nature with that of the Archangels, the virgin Mary, and the Christ Logos. Theosis is the culmination of the work, where the Self aware Soul realizes Its unity with Absolute Beingness. I say "realizes" because we are always in at-one-ment with Absolute Beingness; only ignorance al­lows us to feel any distance between God and us. There is no such distance.

ET 62          For anyone to determine the nature of the Archangels, the angels or human beings within Absolute Beingness, it is essential to acquire the capability of total attunement and at-one-ment. It is necessary to go beyond the nature of human Self-awareness, which is focused upon place-time events, and to enter the reality of life, by achiev­ing super-conscious Self-awareness, which extends  into the stages of ecstasy.

ET 109        Superlight, however, is less a means, and more a charac­teristic of the Self-aware Soul --not of temporary per­sonality--, which gives the satisfaction of attunement and at-one-ment with whatever the Self-aware Soul desires.

ET 109        Within Superlight and beyond the noetical world we are no longer in the worlds of separation and existence, but in the states of at-one-ment and Beingness. We have entered into Absolute Beingness₁ without, however, being totally absorbed by the Highest Godhead. We are within Absolute Beingness, but can, all the same, distinguish between "I am", "You are" and Being. Returning from our sojourn into the worlds of duality we have earned this indepen­dence; the Microcosm has entered the Macrocosm. Separate­ness as space-place-time existence extinguishes; we are no longer known by any name, as in the lower worlds, but rather by the Divine Individuality of Self-conscious Beingness.

HS  52         An advanced mystic, who reached the point where his pre­sent self-conscious personality is in attunement with his self conscious soul is a master of all three bodies. Such a mystic can materialize in front of other people, talk to them, shake hands with them and be of assistance. He can at will express himself within the three worlds by using analogous bodies.
