DD 10 HOLYSPIRITUAL (FH 300)

That which pertains only to the Holy Spirit. Animals live within the holyspiritual state. They lack the logoic expression of the Absolute; that is they lack self-consciousness. Human beings are both logoic and holyspiritual.

ET 67 The various forms of plants and animals do not possess a
self aware eternal nature, but are breaths of life, whose
experiences are transferred directly to the Archangels,
which represent them.

ET 79 In case of forms other than that of humanity, their crea-
tion is an expression of a Being, such as an Archangel.
Thus all other forms of living things, of planets, of all
other things, indeed every other created thing, are projec-
tions --as elementals-- of the host of angels and Arch-
angels, who are always ready to be of service in this way.

FH 300 Animals are Holyspiritual, but not Logoic because of lack of self-consciousness.

HS 51 The psychic and noetic counterpart in the mineral, plant and animal kingdoms do not form a psychic or a noetic body which can function independently from the gross material. Animals do not have self-consciousness. Only man is an eternal entity. Animals and plants have nothing to do with the inner self, the permanent personality.
